Computer Aided Dispatch Information System (CADIS)

The Computer Aided Dispatch Information System provides law enforcement and security agencies with the latest technologies. This easy to use interface places information from a variety of sources at the dispatcher's fingertips.

This information is accessible from remote laptops in patrol cars or remote facilities via TEI's Patrol Assistant.

TEI's CADIS interfaces to 911, DMV systems, incident tables, and the department's dispatch tools. This facilitates quick dispatch for priority assignments, rapid communication with patrol cars, instant delivery of status messages, and emergency alert systems.

Crime Scene Management (CSM)

TEI Crime Scene Management (CSM) tools enable officers to record and organize information from individual crime scenes. Officers record and track case numbers, incident numbers, crime scene photos, and mug shots.

TEI's CSM tools allow an officer to view and compare multiple crime scenes simultaneously.

The CSM tools include an interface to digital cameras, scanners, and crime scene analysis tools.

Virtual LineUp (VL)

Getting a witness statement and accurate suspects identification depend on providing the witness with a lineup as early as possible.

TEI's VL will allow officers to select photographs with key characteristics or recent digital photos to create a six-pack of suspects on a local laptop.

This time saving tool can enable early identification of possible suspects and reduces the time required to conduct a physical lineup.

Booking

TEI's Booking software provides officers or agents with a tool that allows them to record charges, property information, mug shots, and other printed records. The Booking package includes an interface to live scan devices, digital cameras, fingerprint, and facial recognition software.

The Booking software includes a demographic search engine for locating similar records.

Report Generation (RG)

TEI's Report Generator (RG) is easy to use and does not require extensive computer experience. The drag and drop design of RG allows users to quickly create a template to print out standard reports in a matter of minutes.

The Report Generator provides the capability to export data to other office tools such as Microsoft's Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The RG works with any tools that interface with an ANSI standard relational database.

Fingerprint Identification

TEI software provides an interface to standard livescan fingerprint devices for recording and printing fingerprints.

The TEI API integrates fingerprint verification and comparison technologies.
